Welcome to REACHEQ Coaching. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our digital products, including The Promotion Readiness Blueprint™ ebook and all related materials, downloads, and bonuses (collectively, the “Product”).

By purchasing, downloading, or using this Product, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use this Product.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content, materials, and resources included in this Product — including text, graphics, design, templates, videos, and documents — are the intellectual property of REACHEQ Coaching and are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or resell any part of this Product without prior written permission from REACHEQ Coaching.

Examples of permitted Use:

One (1) license for personal and individual use only.

You may download and print one copy for your personal development purposes.

Examples of prohibited Use:

Sharing, reselling, or redistributing the Product in any format.

Uploading or posting Product materials on public or private servers, social media, or file-sharing sites.

3. License for Use

When you purchase The Promotion Readiness Blueprint™ or any associated REACHEQ Coaching digital product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials for your personal, individual use only.

This license allows you to:

View, download, and print copies of the Product for your own professional development.

Use the concepts, templates, and exercises for your personal career advancement.

You may not, under any circumstances:

Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute the Product (in whole or in part) to any other person or entity.

Use the Product or its materials for commercial purposes, including coaching, consulting, training, or resale without written permission from REACHEQ Coaching.

Claim any portion of the Product as your own original work.

REACHEQ Coaching retains all ownership rights, and this license may be revoked if these terms are violated.

4. No Professional or Employment Guarantee

This Product and its materials are designed for educational and informational purposes only.

While the strategies and frameworks have been tested and are based on real workplace best practices, REACHEQ Coaching makes no guarantees regarding promotions, income increases, employment outcomes, or other professional results.

Your success depends on your personal effort, skills, and circumstances beyond our control.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REACHEQ Coaching and its affiliates, employees, and partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of this Product.

This includes (but is not limited to) decisions made based on Product content, missed opportunities, or perceived career outcomes.

By purchasing and using this Product, you agree that your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use and request a refund in accordance with the policy below.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase for The Promotion Readiness Blueprint™ and its directly purchased digital products (excluding coaching sessions or upsells).

To be eligible for a refund:

You must submit your request within 7 days of purchase to [email protected].

You must provide proof of purchase.

You must show that you used the processes and systems contained in the materials and they did not work or apply to you

Refunds will not be issued for partial use, change of mind, or perceived lack of results once the materials have been downloaded or accessed.

After 7 days, all sales are final.

7. Delivery of Digital Products

All digital purchases are delivered electronically via email and/or secure download links.

If you do not receive your Product within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it cannot find it, contact [email protected] for assistance.

8. Updates & Revisions

REACHEQ Coaching reserves the right to update or modify the Product and these Terms at any time without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
